Sarah Cornwell,
DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Sarah is a Doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner and lifelong Hernando County resident. With experience in critical care, emergency medicine, and urgent care, she is passionate about providing personalized healthcare built on longer visits, direct access, and meaningful patient relationships.
Sarah has a special interest in preventive care, metabolic health, and helping patients achieve sustainable improvements in their overall well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, reading, and staying active in the community she proudly calls home.
Stacie Laviano,
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
With more than two decades of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Stacie has been a trusted healthcare provider for countless individuals and families throughout Hernando County. As co-founder of Care One Urgent Care, she has helped expand access to high-quality, patient-centered healthcare while building a reputation for compassionate, relationship-based care. Her experience, leadership, and dedication to the community helped shape the vision behind Care One Direct Health.
While Stacie is not currently seeing patients through Care One Direct Health, she remains actively involved in the practice and may offer primary care services in the future.
