FAQ: Pre-Opening
When does my membership billing start?
Your Founding Membership secures your spot today. Your first month of membership officially begins on September 1, 2026, when the practice opens. Future membership payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.
What if I have an urgent health need before you open?
Because we are still in our pre-launch phase, please continue using your current primary care provider, urgent care, or emergency services as appropriate until Care One Direct Health officially opens.
Can I update my information?
Absolutely. If your contact information, medications, insurance, or health goals change before September, simply email us and we'll update your records.
